Processing Time

All orders require a processing time of 5-7 business days before shipment.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped within 24 hours.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, promotions), processing times may be extended.

We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Your carrier will be selected based on the most reliable and quickest delivery method for your area.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, typical delivery time is:

  • 3–5 business days (U.S. domestic)

You may receive your items earlier depending on carrier performance and your location.


Tracking Information

All orders include a tracking number.

You will receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.


Shipping Delays

Please be aware that delays may occur due to:

  • Postal service issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Peak seasons or high-volume periods

These delays are outside of Intrigue Beauty’s control.

Responsibility After Shipment

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, they are responsible for delivery.

Intrigue Beauty is not liable for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
