Is this 100% raw Indian hair?
Yes. Our bundles are 100% authentic raw Indian hair. They are unprocessed, cuticle-aligned, and collected from single donors. No steam processing. No synthetic blends.
Why does raw hair cost more than regular vendor hair?
Raw hair lasts significantly longer (1+ year with proper care), maintains fullness from root to tip, and can be reused for multiple installs. It is an investment in longevity and quality.
How long does processing take?
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days to ensure quality control before shipment.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.
How many bundles do I need?
14–18 inches: 2–3 bundles
20–24 inches: 3 bundles
26–32 inches: 3–4 bundles
For full glam installs, we recommend 3 bundles.
Can I color or bleach this hair?
Yes. Because it is raw and unprocessed, it can be professionally colored or bleached.
Does the hair shed?
Minimal shedding when installed and maintained properly.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to hygiene standards, we do not offer refunds. Store credit may be issued if the product is returned unused within our policy window.
What currency are the prices that I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order 24 hours after purchase. You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already shipped all sales are final after that point.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at hey@shopintriguebeauty.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
