Refund policy
At Intrigue Beauty, we take pride in providing high-quality raw Indian hair extensions and exceptional customer care. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide store credit when an error occurs on our end. Please review the full policy below before placing your order.
5-Day Return Window (Store Credit Only)
You have 5 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for store credit.
We do not issue refunds back to your original payment method.
Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future Intrigue Beauty purchase.
When Store Credit Is Issued
Store credit is only provided when the mistake is made on our end. This includes:
- Incorrect texture received
- Incorrect length received
- Wrong item shipped
- Missing item from the package
If this happens, we’ll make it right quickly and with care.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for store credit, all items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and uninstalled
- Be in the same condition they were received
- Have all tags, ties, and original packaging intact
- Be free from product, brushing, odors, heat, dye, or manipulation
Hair that has been altered in ANY way cannot be accepted.
Items sent back without submitting a return request first will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return (for Store Credit)
To initiate a return, email Hey@shopintriguebeauty.com within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your full name
- Order number / return request
- Clear photos or video showing the issue
- A brief explanation of the error
If approved, you will receive:
- A prepaid return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your package
- Store credit issued after your item is received and inspected
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Exchanges
Intrigue Beauty does not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please submit a return request for store credit (if eligible), and place a new order using your store credit once issued.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned or issued store credit:
- Hair that has been worn, installed, brushed, washed, straightened, curled, dyed, or altered
- Sale or discounted items
- Promotional items
- Gift cards
- Custom orders
International Orders
All international orders follow the same 5-day store-credit-only return policy.
Intrigue Beauty does not participate in the European Union 14-day cooling-off period.
Refunds
Intrigue Beauty does not issue refunds to your original payment method under any circumstances.
Approved returns will be issued store credit only, processed after the product is received and inspected.
